Good prospects
There is a shortage of experienced business administrators who can deal with the accounting and business systems of small companies. According to several recruitment agencies, this general shortage of business administrators is tangible. In recent years, the tendency has been for large companies to make cutbacks, whereas small and medium-sized enterprises are recruiting employees. At the same time, there will be a further increase in the need for new finance and accounting managers over the next few years in pace with those born in the 1940s retiring. In other words, there are excellent prospects.
